The theory behind Tobis ESPP

When Tobi used the rinnegan he fused the exo tensi with the six paths of rinnegan and that's why they have. Oth rinnegan and MS but the died when the edo tensei stopped but the question was that it the control was under Tobi or Kabuto

Kabuto. He just programmed them to obey Tobi too IMO. Though they disappeared so it doesnt matter now.
