Probably. Madara will prove too powerful for Naruto/Sauce, even with powerups. When all looks hopeless the tree will blossom and take Madara's power. He'll be absorbed in the process and die for good. Then Naruto/Sauce/alliance gotta take down the 10 tails.

He will either be killed by Kabuto or be the final villain in conjuction with the shinju. I guess orochimaru can obtain a power up at any time: it could be sage mode or something from the juubi itself.

The tree in the background isn't coincidence imo. It will have a role later on in the manga.

That is what would happen. Madara and Obito have tried to control juubi thinking it was only a mindless being that wasn't capable of defending itself. However, this would be proved wrong by the end of the manga.
