If any of you have clannad/afterstory you will know how much the series will rip out your heart and stomp on it.

But imagine if they make a season3 which is for the Tomoya left within the alternate world without his daughter and wife.

How would he survive? how much struggling would he have to put up with?

I personnally would watch it and let my heart be ripped out of my chest. I can only imagine how horrendous and crazy it would be, but it would probably be the best anime in existence and the "perfect anime" we are all searching to watch.

I did, but i don't see how that show is related to Clannad,

they are two very different shows. Clannad being a depressing story that ripped your heart out of your chest and watched you die while Angel beats is a joy-filled drama about people reaizing the purpose of their lives and making peace with themselves leaving teh audience very happy.

They wouldn't do it, for the same reason the original author left Kenshin alive in Samurai X. He went through way too much to not get a happy ending.

Besides, they had to make some use of the town's legend, otherwise half of Clannad's storyline would be rendered obsolete. And where could they possibly take the story after Ushio dies, anyways, let's be honest?
