The Tailed Beasts

Why do people think because a beast has more tails, it is stronger? We all know Kurama and Hiabachi are the top 2 and have the most tails, but I think Son-Goku is better than the 7 tails. We really cannot judge until we see more panel time for the other beasts right?

It just had less panel time.

Well think of how they split up the tailed beasts among the Great shinobi nations:

Sunagakure: 1-tail
Konohagakure: 9-tails
Kumogakure: 8-tails, 2-tails
Iwagakure: 4-tails, 5 tails
Kirigakure: 6-tails, 3-tails
Takigakure: 7-tails

Suna, a country that most of the people deem to be the weakest in terms of military strength, has only the 1-tail, who, by possessing the least amount of tails of all, is presumably the weakest of all the tailed beasts in contrast to other countries like Kumo who are considered to possess the greatest of military strength holds both the 8 and 2 tails in its custody.

Even Taki, a village not as well known as the other 5 nations is in possession of the 7 tails.

It makes one think as to why the tailed beasts were split up in this manner to balance out the power in the other countries...

It was Kurama's belief. It could be a coinsidence. Just because Kurama has 9 tails and i the strongest, does not mean the 5 tails is stronger than the 4 tails or the tails is stronger than the 6 tails. Does anyone see where I am coming from though?
