If I'm not mistaken svchost.exe is not anything suspicious.
I don't really have any know-how about all this technical jargon but

2. Editing start-up entries: Speed is the most important thing to most people who use PCs, no one wants a laggy PC on start up. So type "msconfig" into run via your start button. After doing so, click on the start up tab. Then un-tick all the entries that you do not wish to show up on start up. Anti-virus programs, instant messengers, and other CPU hogging programs should be un-ticked in this field because they will cause your PC to seriously lag during start up. Be sure to leave the system needed processes to run on start up, as it can cause your PC to not boot correctly. Some programs are essential to system stability, such as ctfmon.exe, cmd.exe, and svchost.exe. Do not disable these processes.

Svchost is a commonly used alias for viruses. They use this name so that if/when the average user will research what it does, they will find that "svchost" is a program required by windows to properly run (much like explorer.exe and winlogon.exe) and therefore will leave it running. However, this may be a virus/trojan/keylogger/other malicious file which tricks you into not ending it.

You shouldn't end svchost.exe unless you know that it is a virus. To end it, right-click and end the process. This will allow for you to delete the program (because you can't delete things while they're open), though it won't necessarily help because most well-written viruses leave registry keys, and duplicate themselves so that if the original file is deleted or missing, it will immediately re-download the virus, or simply turn on the back up, and the backup itself will duplicate which is the case of most trojans.

I'd download AVG with full 30-days free trial to scan your computer for any viruses that may be lurking on your system before going to any drastic measures...

Why do you want to remove it anyway?

because I'm suspecting a malware.
