Hagaromo split the Juubi from the Shinju.

The Juubi was further split and it's body became the Moon.

The Shinju was blasted into the sky and lit by "Holy Flames" and became the Sun.


That is why the Sun is constantly burning. It's just Holy Wood being burned with the Holy Fire of the 6 paths.

This is like the holy flames of the Burning Bush.

However, the Juubi has sprouted a new tree and now Madara fused them together again. This process needs to repeat. There will be a second Sun.

Interesting theory you've come up with here. However, it is stated that the juubi came to being as the results of the shinju's attempts at regaining it's chakra. Hagaromo only had the juubi sealed within him, then later the bijuu and the gedo mazo.
