Ive noticed though that this usually aimed at people with kg's specifically uchiha's.
People need to realise that kishi distributed powers evenly so if you take a ninja's main weapon from them obviously they wouldnt be as strong.
Similarly nobody can gage how much of a genius a ninja is without a kg because from a young age they have trained and implemented their kg's into their fighting style, therefore no body can say if a ninja didnt have a kg they wouldnt be a genius because if they didnt their fighting style would differ greatly
