I'm not saying I hate danzo but when he used izanagi everytime when he was about to die. instead how about this. Anytime he attacked sasuke with a jutsu that could kill and sasuke dodges. Couldn't he have used izanagi to change the outcome and kill sasuke? He used Izanagi to come back to life. and lost the light out of every sharingan in his right arm that took a long time to implant. And he can't gather anymore since there's no more uchihas...

Once activated, Izanagi is automatic. He can't control when it doesn't and does save him, which is why he had to deactivate it for a bit.

As for undoing Sasuke's evading his move, it doesn't work that way.

Izanagi can only be used on yourself, not other people.

And he was planning on taking the 4 Sharingans from Sasuke and "Madara's" corpses.

izanagi changes the outcome for your own body, not others. if it changed probability like your suggesting, danzo would be unbeatable
