his chin is more square (not a bad thing), his face and mouth are bigger, his mouth is closer to his chin and farther away from his nose, his nose is higher, his eyes are longer and his pupils are massive, his eyes are also a different shape, more of an almond shape rather than angular.

It was intentional to make him (and Naruto)look older. It worked.

A lot of this has to do with the art. Even Kishi's art isn't always consistent, but the Anime has to deal with different teams working on different episodes/movies. However, things like Sasuke's chin being more square are definitely intended to show that he has aged a bit. As for his nose being higher, I think the image from the anime had his nose relatively low.

In Ch.695, Sasuke's nose (from side profile) looks pretty close to how it appears in the movie.

Should that really surprise you though? Look how they animated Gai's 8th Gate fight. That sh*t was suppose to be EPIC. It was drawn terrible and animated even more so. They should let the team who animate the movie or at least the Naruto VS Pain fight do that one.
