Upon going through the date of birth for each naruto character, i realized FEBRUARY has produced some of the strongest shinobis. With names like 3rd hokage, 2nd hokage,obito(tobi),hanzou,konan and kabuto, its hard to see any other month defeating February borns if they form a group.
The month that will come close to defeating Feb.borns is JANUARY. With 2 kages in its list and no other than Gaara n Minato as well as notables like Gai and Danzou, they will give feb. borns good run 4 thier money.
Ps: i must say though i did not find the other kages birthdays which i think can change my opinion depending on the month they fall in, especially if couple of kages fall either in october(naruto's birth month) and december(madara's birth month).

But I think the months are just coincidence in this case and it has no meaning.

If the birthday dates had a meaning it would be from more interest for a Japanese in which year somebody is born due to the Chinese zodiac.
