I Think the village hidden in the mist is the strongest Because of the seven swordmen

that´s a hard question, but even 7 swordsmen of the mist aren´t stronger than 4th raikage, on 2nd though in konoha there is naruto.

And your giving Raikage too much credit. Kakashi could fight the Raikage and win imo but its not as easy to predict as you're making out.

phahahahahahahahah ha. raikage lighting armour. as even raikage stated the sharingan cant keep up with his speed as the same when bee faught sasuke and his sharingan could barely keep up and i am assuming
1. raikage is faster than bee
2. sasuke sharingan is better than kakshi's

raikage would kick kakashi´s ass, so many people thinks that if kakashi has kamui he is stronger than raikage, raikage is far more faster than kakashi and faster than even might guy so kakashi won´t have a chance to even look at raikage

But now kakashi only has to look out for one arm which ino he will use then dodge the clothline or elbow and counter attack with Raikiri or Kamui because he will try and end the fight as soon as possibl
