Sasuke isn't on the same level at itachi he's missing acouple of things that itachi specials in Speed,Flex,Time & Intelligence yeah sasuke has those but not itachi level.

so basically you want to say itachi was holding back things when his life was on the line...

still none of itachi's attack compare to madara..:shrug:

i say Shisui Uchiha, his Kotoamatsuki is to be feared. That combined with his sunshin speed (rivaling flying thunder god). Makes him a very difficult opponent. Ya know if he actually ever decides to actually use his eyes >_>;

shunshin no jutsu can NOT rival with an Space Time Jutsu like FTG
SnJ is Phsyically Moving
GTF is Teleporting (Instant)

IMO:
Mandara might be the most reputable but i give this one to itachi.
Although he only has MS sharingan, it was stated in manga that he could have easily defeated sasuke if he only got his health.

Madara head and shoulders above the rest.

How can you say that ? We don't know if the Tobi is the Uchiha or not, anyway Madara is stronger than him.

Madara EMS > Any Uchiha ever born.
Madara EMS + Rinnegan > Any two uchihas ever born.
Madara EMS + Rinnegan + Obtained Hashi powers > Any three Uchihas I bet..

If its edo madara you speak then he is strongest ninja in the series.
If its ems madara you speak then although he might be stronger than itachi in terms of power alone, i believe itachi in his healthy state will best him

Madara is the strongest now,i would have said shishu but we dont know every thing,whether madara can escape it or not,just saying.
