Madara's...even with the shield, I'd wager you could still get behind Itachi's and under. Madara is literally one the very top of his susanoo which is bigger than a mountain. It'd be a lot harder to reach him up there and probably near impossible to even break that susanoo. The sealing sword is the only advantage.

You asked which Susano'o is stronger, not which one would be superior in a battle against one another.
The Yata Mirror CAN render Madara's PS's shockwave slash useless. Though, the Yata Mirror isn't nearly large enough to defend against every one of Madara's gigantic assaults. That's what I think.

One swing of Madara's creation erasing sword would finish it. The sword which can 'small all creation'. Yes, there are no invincible objects in the manga, Yata Mirror included. Obvious use of hyperbole was embarrassingly obvious. Can't have a sword that breaks everything and a shield which reflects everything now can we?

Yeah...because even though itachi can hit his susanoo with the sword, it wouldn't seal Madara unless he hits Madara directly which is impossible because it wouldn't reach. The susanoo is just chakra, thus the sword can't seal it just by hitting it. The shield is said to only block nature types effectively, never melee. So I'd assume that since Madara's susanoo can slash mountains, he can break through Itachi's shield with a slash.
