Well, my choice is the chief toad because it has been given the maximum screen time and has many abilities. It has fought against 9 tails as well as the 1 tails.

Btw, as we know,toad>slug>snake>toad. So, ignore this comparison.

Gedo Mazo! Thing was a war tank....I'd have said the Juubi, but the Mazo transformes into it...

Animal wise I have to say the Cerberus dog (animal path)....if it is cut it just multiplies...no real way to beat it easily...

I mean only the genuine summons. Not the tailed beasts. They have been sealed in the jinchurikis unlike the summons. Moreover, only the nine tails was summoned( as it was under sharingan control). So, please try to keep it under the summons having genuine contract with the ninjas.
