A has his arm back.
They start 70 meters away from each other.

Who wins?











P.S. I do know that there was already one thread like this, It just didn't come out with good results. Ohh and I choose the Third, just because of his hell stab.

I DID use the search bar, and there was only one thread, and it wasn't of what I had hoped for, since it didn't really grasp just the two of them fighting each other.

Truly, same massive chakra levels, same overall intelligence and knowledge, similar speed, similar strength. The only difference is the fact that the third uses more ninjutsu than A does. I don't see any chance of A winning this, between the third's nukite and his resiliency and the black lightning. Third Raikage mid-difficulty.

Third raikage would win but it wouldn't be easy.

Third Raikage, obviously. Apart from their speed and massive Chakra level they are not at the same level, though their fighting styles are similar. Sandaime's strength appears to be greater, his body itself is 'the strongest' shield and he was said to have created black Raiton, thus he can and will use offensive Ninjutsu.
