Did that 15 million degrees actually kill anyone? Nope.
In fact, if a pinhead (east) is heated to the temperature of the suns core, it would kill all life within 1,000 miles. The point is, it didn't. Heating up the surrounding area didn't kill a single person. Yamamoto isn't a literal sun, and there are multiple evidence that supports so.

first of all SS structure is different than naruto world or any regular world, its made of of spiritual energy and reiatsu, If yamamoto went bankai in the human world the world would turn into ashes and people would die all around, hence they have limiters when they enter the human world so they don't screw up the balance and cause destruction to the human world, don't compare shinigamies to a mere humans and say this support my statement because it dosent don't compare two worlds, because SS is different than regular earth and human world and if yamamoto stayed to long SS itself would become ashes.
