The strongest might be the 2nd mizukage

Well, during the war when they were trying to defeat the 2nd mizukage, he gave away his secrets to help defeat him and warned them that it was genjutsu, but they still couldn't beat him. He was killing off Gaara's unit. Even then they could only defeat him because he gave away some information and they didnt even have to kill him, just seal him.
SO I'm thinking he might be the strongest known character in Naruto, anyone agree?:izuna:

i dont think he's the strongest but he's very strong indeed, i think the strongest we've seen so far is either madara or tbb naruto. runner up is udon or ramen guy.

strongest of the revived kage imo. If he drew Muu with his dust release and sensing, that's really something. His abilities are insane and we didn't see all of them, that overpowered wide area genjutsu, hozuki body and attacks, and to top it off, steam danger tyranny was a really great technique. he's easily top 15 of all time imo, maybe top10.
