Yes you read right. Suigetsu is the strongest member of Hebi/Taka. Not only does his clans kekkai genkai put him above the others of his group but his chakra nature and sword play makes him a prime canidate for tofop 15 ninja.


He is the only member of that group the group that can tank a TBB from a perfect jinchurukii that is fully transformed.

Sasuke got trashed by Killer Bee base and V2.

He was also confident enough in his skills to not only threaten Sasuke's life but to challenge Kisame.

Of course he's afraid of Orochimaru, who isn't he molested i mean experimented on him for years.

Other than that he his a top contender for strongest member of the group and too 15 ninja.

i dont see it... one sasuke would annhilate him one vs one.... two his sword play isnt that high lvl as i dont think he cut anyone but fodder adds... and three a lightning jutsu even grazes him and his useless... so... no on the strongest of the group, and if you rank him u have to put him behind all the obvious stronger ppl (the usual 10) and then behind every capable lightning user.... so top 15 he is not...
