Koto is better but it ain't stronger. You can get out of Koto if you realise you are under it, but with Tsukuyomi the only way to get out of it is if you are in the same family as the user.

Where does it say that? Mifune wasn't affected by Koto after he found out Danzo was using it.

yeah kirin is very powerfull but i totaly forgot it even excists

What are you talking about? Ao never forced Danzo to release Koto. Ao just saw through the illusion and then asked Danzo to lift up his bandages. That is when everyone, including Mifune, knew he was trying to control Mifune.
