**-Current Cobra fought a tough battle with Erza in the Infinity Clock arc, but that's before Natsu and company unlocked 2nd Origin and plus it was filler. So I haven't seen anything from him to suggest that he's stronger than anyone ahead of him.
***-Wendy defeated one demon in DF, I have to see more of her
