The strongest chunnin

The strongest chunnin is Sakura i think.She is fast (in the tier)strong,intelligent,she has best evasion skills,healing and katsuyu.She also has a chakra scalpel and she beat sasori a guy who soloed a nation himself.
Is there anyone who can beat the soloqueen among the chunins?

This is a tough one.... just kidding, Rock Lee ftw of course, she wouldn't even see him coming, heck Sasuke did and we know how that ended. Chouji in his *gulps* butterfly mode. Obito never made Jonin so he is still a chunin just like Naruto is still genin. And I think it goes without saying that Sasori could have had Sakura for breakfast (or was it lunch) if not for Chiyo. Sasori pierced a sword and she was like,thats no deal while she didnt even have the seal.Now with summoning katsuyu and with the seal there is no way the fodder student of gai will harm sakura.He runs fast so what?He cant ohko sakura.But with seal sakura can kill him with a suprise attack or she will wait until lee's stamina ends.Lee cant hold gates she can just wait with katsuyu defend herself.Then proceed to kill the weakling when he is tired.
