Who is the strongest character purely based on psychic strengths?

My vote goes to Itachi, he had to kill his entire clan and his mom/dad. After this he still managed to stay sane and even become one of the strongst nina of all time, that's impressive.

Itachi by far lol.

He killed his mom & dad. I don't recall naruto or kakashi kill their mum or dad's.
He killed his relatives, friends etc. I don't recall kakashi or naruto killing friends or relatives (with the exception of rin).
Made out to be some bad guy to rest of the world, yet only the higher-ups of Konoha know what he did.

Itachi story is the most tragic one from the lot, yet he still is good, and possibly 2nd or 3rd most knowledgeable character in NV...

Imo, it's between naruto and itachi. I'd go with naruto tbh, he's been through some real shit and still somehow manages to convert everyone to his religion.
