I usually play as Orochimaru, Snake Cloak Kabuto, Kisame, or Kimimaro in a non-spam fight. But when I do spam I use Danzo, Deidara, and the Masked Man.

if you put both kibas together thats pretty spamtastic. masked man and deidara suck ass too. but i disagree with everyone saying it just depends on how you use the characters. sasuke susano'o has more options than almost any other character. great great combo speed and range. his flame control trumps damn near every other jutsu in the game and his ninja tools are awesome....
