Lol it wasn't a plot hole indeed...they died in the living world...so where else would they go XD!

And finding a rival group is tough...

Maybee Unohana, Aizen, and Gin...as they all had hidden personas (A Kenpachi, a villain acting as captain, and a double agent).

....then again they don't really beat out the Chill factor of Shunsui and Staark.....they are all just casually badass (until Aizen began to transform...then he got cocky).
