I mean, these guys above aren't omnipotent, even disregarding omnipotence goku still isn't top 10 in aspect of power. He's a great character and all, but the fact undoubtedly remains that he isn't even that strong, not saying he's weak, but even so, not the most powerful as many people make him out to be.
