Who says I'm incapable,
this is you, in your own words, refuting another person's remark because it runs contrary to what you want to believe:
Wtf when did he get his ass beat by Shin? Are we reading the same manga? In the manga I'm reading, Sasuke was destroying Shin and his clone, then Shin tried to drag Sarada into the fight...
Sasuke didn't even destroy Shin, seeing as though Sakura was the only one who did anything to him. More to the point, Sasuke ended up getting paralyzed by the guy and didn't even realize that Shin put his mojo on the sword.

But when was he paralyzed? That's what I don't get, he was protecting his daughter ffs. So you are going to deny that he has the upper hand in that fight, until Shin decided to aim for Sarada instead? Shin had to sacrifice one of his clones in order to defend against one of Sasuke's attacks had it been a 1v1 or just without the kids there, Shin would have no leverage against Sasuke. I merely said what happened in the manga, only thing I added was the exaggeration that Sasuke was destroying Shin, but Sasuke was defeating Shin and you cannot deny that.

Sasuke is quoted to have mentioned he couldn't move dude. That's what being in a state of paralysis means. The victim can't move.

at what point did Sasuke ever have the upper hand? He teleported behind Shin to attack him from behind after the latter grabbed his sword. Fast forward to Sasuke's fireball attempt, that ended up failing. There's nothing to deny about that.

what's there to defend when Sasuke literally did nothing to the guy? The only other time Shin got remotely damaged in the least was a result of the clone colliding with him and him hitting the ground, and not because Sasuke was supposedly owning him.

If anything, it can be argued that the situation took a turn for the worse because Sasuke decided to get close enough to Naruto with his sword while having failed to realize that Shin had already worked his mojo on the sword while the blade was in his hand, and not because Shin decided to throw knives at Salad. Shin didn't throw the knives Salad's way until after Naruto was stabbed.

That is true but Naruto has Kyubi hax healing, if he can survive a Chidori to the lungs, he can survive a sword stab.
Sasuke was outpacing Shin, Sasuke has always been the type to use strategy in his fights when he isn't going batshit crazy, so him using Amenotejikara+Fireball was expected, the fight wasn't long, but it was enough to clearly show the difference in skill between the two. Again, had it been 1v1 the fight would've been over with the Fireball. Nothing was stopping Sasuke from simply repeating what he did before with the fireball besides, oh yeah, the knives headed towards Sarada. Sasuke could've simply been stunned, not paralyzed.

this is exactly what i was talking about. You are refusing to budge on your argument, even when the manga shows the exact opposite of everything you're trying to argue. Being stunned =/= being paralyzed. When someone is stunned, they can still move. When someone is paralyzed, they can't. Seeing as though Sasuke said he couldn't move, he was paralyzed. It's not like he was hit with a jutsu that disoriented his bearings to where he couldn't see anything. His being able to move was the problem.
