Hello Everyone, How are you doing once again?
I have another theory, but this one unlike the last is gonna be much longer and much more complex. I will Warn you that, if you gonna finish this sentence you are gonna read the whole thing. *Dammit* To late now.
Special thanks to -Klad-. He gave me all the info on the Old Maiyan stories. Half of the Credit Goes to Him.
So here I go. The recent chapter, 670 , was a chapter that made many clear unclear things to us clear. There are yet many mysteries to be solved. There are many things unclear but most of them are actually quite easy to understand. If this theory is similar to some other one it is no problem since I created the this one after reading.*Please don't Sue me*.
The First Matter I would like to discuss is the Black Fluid. We have seen that the Black Fluid is a very strong material, strong enought to counter 4 Bijuu Dama Going off Simultaneosly.
The Black Material is very tough and it can resist every single ninjutsu, the only weakness being Senjutsu.
We all know that the material even can take shapes. And it actually seems to move according to the Will of the User of the Black Stuff. Still there are things that despite the user, the Black stuff is connected deep to the thoughts of the user. We can take the perfect Example the Blade of the Nunoboku. That Blade was supposed to be the strongest. A Blade strong enough to Defeat the Juubi as stated by Obito, (Not literally though).
Obito knew about the Senjutsu weakness already. So why would he use a Blade that was bound to be shattered?
It is because Obito thought the Blade would Kill Naruto Directly. Since it was a legenday Blade. There was one thing Obito wasn't sure of though and that thing nearly costed him his life. The Blade recieves the stregth of the user that is wielding the Blade. If the will is set, the Blade will crush everything in his path. But if the user, doubts his actions it loses all it's strength.We saw tha Obito was "regretting his actions"
The Blade lost the power.
So the Black Fluid is connected to the users Will and Personality.
The Second thing you will come up with is the Staffs. Obito's Staff was very, very different from Madara's. Obito's sword was nearly Identical to the Khakkhara.
Madaras was similar to the Crescent moon
Why are they so different ? Even Madara knew that the Staff of Rikudou was similar to the Khakkhara?
It may be because Madara had no control over it. Now most f you guys will be like What the **** are you Saying?
The Explanation lies here. The Story Madara was saying was very, very similar Hieroglyphs with the Ancient Maiyan Hieroglyphs. We can see the similarities over here.
So the story Kishimoto is going with are the ancient Maiyan Prophecies. The Ancient Maiyan Believed in a Goddess, Which is the Rabbit Goddess which symbolyses the Crescent Moon.
But one of the brothers didn't agree and thought he would be the Sun in order to maintain Balance.
So now we know Indra and Kaguya is the Moon and Ashura is the Sun.
Even the Legend Says that The Moon Goddess is not the wife of the Sun. The Moon is the Mother or Grandmother.
The Elder Breathen which is Indra the new Moon, The Crescent Moon.
Even The Sage uses the 2 Different Sides of the Staff to make the images of the 2 Different Brothers appear. He uses the Khakkhara for Ashura
But he uses the other Side for his Mother and Elder Son.

This has to do with the diferrent personalities in persons. The Person that is consumed with love. When he will become the Juubi jinchuriki the Juubi will feel that love and the Sun will appear the Khakkhara, Just like in Obito's case. Onito was thinking of his team. He loved his team with all his heart. He even was thinking about Rin in that momment too. The Juubi felt the Love and the Khakkhara appeared.
When Madara became The Juubi jinchuriki he didn't show us what he was thinking. He is a person consumed by Hatred. So most likely the Juubi felt the hatred and the Crescent Moon staff appeared. It is only logical too think.
Now back to the Sage, When the Sage has the staff he has both Sides. Since he is the founder of Ninshu he had neither love or hate in his mind, he was in a state of peace. So he optanined both Sides of the Staff. Since when he was born, he could use Onmoyudon. He was born from the chakra of the Juubi in the first Place. But later on smething happens he loses one side and only had the other Side. He clearly loses the Side of the Crescent Moon and is only left with the Side of the Sun.
He began to trust the Younger Son. He began to feel like love can be the answer.So he lost all the Hate and when he Divided the Juubi he was able in a different state of Mind.
