At this point, I don't see Sasuke leaving Konoha again, unless he happens to have another major revelation. It's his home, where all his history is, and where his emotional erraticness is centered. Destroy it, re-create it, accept it... one way or another, I don't see him wandering off like Jiraiya and Tsunade did. I honestly think Naruto is more likely to do that than he is (although I don't see either of them doing it, unless Kishi goes off the wall with random development again).
