The three biggest villains in all of videogame history (Master Hand, Polygon man, and the mystery Xbox villain) knowing they can't defeat the heros decide to team up. The three villains abduct the heros and bind their worlds together with portals. The good news is that the heros had children that they taught everything they know. The kids have also developed some of their own moves. Its up to their children to save them and destroy the three villains once and for all.
Do not make yorself overpowered and try to stick to your characters parent's powers as much as possible. Don't make Kratos' son turn invisible or something crazy like that if you do make your own move. You can use up to 3 characters.
