Code Name For Users of the Elemental Crystals: Titans.

Humaniod Creatures Being Created By Fusing Human and Animals DNA.
To Create Hybrid Titans it is Nessesary To Use More/Bigger Elemental Crystals.

Okay So the Deal with this is this:
Goverment Doesnt Know of Anything.
Only the Special Doctors Who Are Spread Out In the World.
Do Anything You would have done if you had the Powers.
Ordinary NB Rules ofcourse.

How Fighting goes.:
Everyone has an elemental Crystal.
It starts with 100%.
Certain attacks are Bigger Than Others,So they take more out of your Crystal.
In a way like this:
A Guy uses a water elemental attack:
Water bullet,a small attack but powerful.
due to how big it is and how much it needs of that element mean how much %
A small Water Bullet Costs 0.5%
BUT If he would use this:
Water Tsunami,It would ofcourse become a larger attack so more use of the element so it becomes 5% depending on its length it could become 50%.
When your Crystal Reaches 0% you die.
Dying means creating a new character.
In order to have your elemental Crystal back up to 100% You MUST go back to the Original Lab.
But the Lab is full of failed experiments,Strong animals,You can choose to Fight trough them or Sneak behind them.
Remember not to depend on your elemental crystal Too Much!
