Everything touched by the purple rain gets paralyzed for 3 rounds.

Description: User calls out 7 Western Pygmy blue, which are the smallest butterflies of the world. They are so small that they are hardly noticeable when they are moving -1/3 of an inch-. They fly in circles from a big distance so the opponent can't locate them, and suddenly they get attached to the 7 main chakra centers of the body, blocking the energy flow of it using their special ability, called pumping: (by drinking water and spurting they can cool and sometimes freeze themselves completely). They instantly freeze the chakras of the body, blocking the energy flow for the following 2 rounds, or more if the opponent doesn't push them away. From the moment the butterflies touch him/her the opponent cannot use any type of jutsu to attack the user for 2 rounds. If he/she has a way to unblock his/her energy flow, still for 1 round he/she cannot attack the user.
Weak against: fire & lava.

~For the rounds the opponent is unable to use any jutsu, the user can't kill him/her or use any Forbidden rank jutsu~
