Tsunade's claims about the Byakogou are quite interesting
At first she said that her seal can heal any part of the body but in the later scan she specifically refers her healing factor as mitotic regeneration.
This suggests that she her seal doesn't in fact heal any part of the body but only the parts that are produced through mitosis. In other words the seal shouldn't be able to heal reproductive organs because they are produced through meiosis.
What does it have to do with Sakura ? When she faced Madara she was stabbed below the centre of her body and closer to the womb (where the baby would be)
I would also like to add that she wasn't stabbed just by any random object, but by a chakra rod made of the Juubi's chakra. As we know bijuu chakra and Senjutsu can both have a serious negative effect on a person's body.
So what are the possibilities that Sakura's body was never able to fully recover and that Madara permanently hampered her ability to reproduce without dangerous consequences ?
She also used her Byakogou beyond what a human should be capable of, providing the chakra for Obito to perform Kaguya's feat multiple times.
I feel that the Byakogou would've taken a serious physical toll on Sakura's body that can't be repaired. Giving birth with a Yin seal that was spammed to death would most likely be life consuming in Sakura's case since she's not only providing energy for the baby but also storing it in her seal.
I think it would explain why Orochimaru is on good terms with Sasuke and Naruto, Oro might have offered to help with Karin so she could give birth without complications. (dat Hashi DNA though)
And if that's the case, could Sarada's illness be a result of her being born pre-maturely ?
