Why the same between Shikai and Bankai? since he uses the sword from his Bankai in his Shikai or so i been lead to believe.

the numbers mean these character's total power, their Reitsu, Agility, Speed, Intelligence all of it in just pure numbers, and it's also numbered on their their sealed, Shikai and Bankai form.
This is just a few examples but you can fill in the rest^^

true, i made a miscalculation on Ichigo's power^^ this was at first based on that Ichigo had a power worth of 50.000, the numbers doesn't really mean anything else then to make it easier for you to say how much power they have in total,

Only isn't Kenpachi a little low and Yachiru is a little higher 1000 i believe, and Gin managed to almost kill both Ichigo and Aizen. was able to fight Toshirou and manipulate him into a strategic point and force him to choose between his security or Hinamori's life.^^ like that you placed them in thier division=D Other than that, not much to say then what about those who are not Captains?

I wanted Kenpachi to be equal to Byakuya.

a yeah they are supposed to be rivals^^ but i think that right now Byakuya is a little stronger.
i seem to remember that Yachiru is extremely fast and having a large amount of Rietsu since her Rietsu is the of a kind only few have, a rietsu which take on a shape, there is only two others capable of doing that, and that is Ichigo and Kenpachi. both who have a gigantic amount of Rietsu.

Bleach isn't like DBZ where having a higher power level (a fking number) means you're stronger. Bleach has too many variables to factor in. Aside from being on a completely different level, example: Captain vs fodder, you can't pin a number on a Bleach character to denote how strong they are and who they're stronger than.
