Chavez got demoded because he left NB on his own account. I still don't understand his motivation to leave, but he took everything with him (including his notifierxd). He made a blog where he explained his reasons to leave.
And that guy's writing was abnormally good O_O, everytime I spoke to him I was scared to make a typo >.<
