EMS Madara's Susanoo is only as big as Kurama. The one we saw Madara use against the 5 Kage is much larger than Kurama. Like WAY BIGGER.

Which means Hashirama cannot stop Edo Madara's Susanoo.

if this spoiler is accurate, then here is my answer.

Kurama CURRENTLY IS HALF ITS ORIGINAL SIZE. At the vote fight, kurama was double his current size(aka normal size)

Problem explained.

I can't remember, but is Perfect Susano'o a Rinnegan-only jutsu? If so, doesn't that mean Hashirama didn't fight it, since Madara didn't unlock Rinnegan until WAY AFTER Hashirama has died?
