1-goofy tobi = spiral zetsu

2-fodder tobi= obito

1st- i apologize for the last time...i was being angry...

2nd- look zetsus have ability to turn into seeds + get integrated within human bodies (6 zetsus came out of sasuke body remember?)..

thus the spral zetsu was integrated within obito's body and controled him...when masked tobi act likegoofy its the spiral zetsu taking full controll of obito's body....

the key is black zetsu :

1-sometimes he acts like boss on masked tobi that was fodder obito)

2-sometimes he calls masked tobi dumb idiot (thats spiral zetsu)

3-sometimes he acts like pawn of the mastermind masked tobi : (that's tobidara)

both tobidara and spiral zetsu were sealed inside obito's body controlling him...when kabuto summoned edomadara tobidara let obito act by his free will for some good reasons
