read this well plzzz :
according to this manga panel it appears that the black zetsu was the one created the white zetsus by pulling them out of the gedo Mazo....
-however i do believe that Madara managed at least to creat one of the white zetsu using hagoromo's inyoton thechnique called "SOZO BANBUTSU"....ITS THE SPIRAL ZETSU !!!
-Madara created the shape of spiral zetsu from hashirama's cells...then with his imagination he used inyoton to creat the spiral zetsus' goofy personality...the spiral zetsu is also different shaped from the other zetsu...becuz he was designed to be a vessel of some1 else....
-Madara designed it so that he uses spiral zetsu as a vessel..but when madara found obito he changed his plan...and made obito his weaker vessel instead of spiral zetsu (tobidara)
now read well what Madara is telling one of the white zetsus :
what Madara said is really intersting and could imply 2 important things :
1-The Spiral zetsu was the only Madara succeeded experiment...while the other white zetsus were rejects of it..
2- Madara might have been aware of the other white zetsus being result of infinit tsukoyomi genjutsu...it could also possibly mean that Madara didn't fully trust the black zetsu he stuck to white zetsu....thats why Madara created another reall black zetsu wich is MADARA'S TRUE WILL !!!...
-where is that 2nd black zetsu???

-spiral zetsu will play big role in Madara's return and the end of kaguya !!

NOTE : plz dont confuse this Bobito-black zetsu with Tobidara...they are 2 diferent things...Tobidara is the 2nd Madara sealed within obito...and that bobito black zetsu is a black matter poured by tobidara..its madara's true will..but its inferior to the kaguya's black zetsu will
