Deidera can't use any big bombs including C4 and C0 since it would damage his teammates.
Neither can Kakuzu use incredibly strong elemental attacks for the same reason.
Kisame couldn't fill the whole place with water since it will drown his teammates.

its quite simple. deidara has sasoris puppet army destroy most of team 1, till only oro suigetsu kabuto sasuke are alive, as well as kakuzus five hearts/lives. sasori himself deals with kimimaro using iron sand to lock him up/itachi genjutsu.
then deidara C4 literally atomises sasuke/oro/kabuto. sasuke only learnt raiton defuses bombs because deidara took his time and wasnt serious till sasuke injured him.

Deidera can't use any big bombs including C4 and C0 since it would damage his teammates.

no one except sasori is really needed to be in front of the C4 cloud and he wont need to breath anyway
