The Soul Part 2-Pain
As I lie next to a window bruised from a good day
its a good night to tell god all my secret ways
as if I were hidden from the world, hidden from my thoughts
I learned enough to lose my innocence in 5 seconds, wrong
My eyes tainted by a vision that happened in real time
I didn't learn, I observed, what other people heard
If a kid drops does he make a sound
If no one tells his story even if they were around

but no one singing when the modern sword is on
your nose, I'm running, my story has to be told
I'm running before my legs turn cold

I' don't care about truth, I don't care what you pulled through
I'll do the world a solid and prove I'm not bullet proof
Just know.....I'm not sick!
