Currently Tsunade is the solo queen of the Narutoverse. She is the strongest of the current Gokage and criminally underrated.
Why? Her mega summon Katsuya, thats why. This is katsuya compared to Gamabunta and Manda:
That Katsuya you see above is only 1/10th of the actual full Katsuya. Tsunade and Sakura were low on chakra and managed to summon 1/10th of Katsuya during the Madara Arc here:
As you can see, the scale to a normal humanis identical to the scale it was when Tsunade summoned her during the Sannin fight meaning during that fight Tsunade only summoned 1/10th of Katsuya. Why? Well she had burned most of her chakra using her Mytoic Regeneration and thats all she could muster up at that moment. The other reason was obviously plot no jutsu so she would not one shot Orochimaru and Kabuto.
So there you have it folks, in both case when Tsunade summoned Katsuya she had burned up most her chakra, how convenient, Kishimoto. Full Katsuya would be 10x the size we seen it as which would most likely put it at Juubi size. Her acid blast would be so large it would fodderize the whole zetsu army and shinobi alliance. You cant even kill it, it just reforms itself. This is overlooked in my opinion and is why I think Tsunade is the solo queen. Even Minato, the solo king, thought Hashirama was stupid to even worry if the village was safe in Tsunades hands because he too knows she is the solo queen
P.S. This makes Sakura the solo princess and the potential next solo queen if she ever gets enough chakra to summon 100% Katsuya.
