Kotaro leans against the side of a plateau with its shadow overcasting him. His head bowed, His arms crossed, and one foot placed on the plateau. hidden needles in his mouth two Tsurugiken across his back and ninja tools in his pouch. he is ready for someone to battle.

After a long walk, but rather taken as a enjoyable stroll for Feitan, it was time for yet another fight. He wasn't sure why he'd always ended up fighting when he'd meet new faces; the same in this case. It wasn't like he wouldn't fight with familiar faces too, but Feitan would put more effort against people he had never fought. The man looked formidable and ready for the battle.

Feitan started off by manipulating his earth based chakra around the ground the opponent was standing. The earth which was in the sides of Kotaro would quickly jump and pounce up on his ankle area. The earth slabs being full of spikes would deal considerable damage, not life threatening but at least cripple him good time. Feitan then performs two handseals and manifests four flying orbs to levitate around him in a circular manner, lying few inches in his back, much like to the Truth Seeking Orbs. He wouldn't attack with them yet, he'd rather waited for the man's reaction to the earth technique.

Description: The user performs 2 handseals while concentrating raiton chakra around themselves to form 4 orbs of compressed lightning which would then rotate around the user 1 meter away from them. Each orb has the power of C-Rank compressed lightning and is 10 centimeters in diameter. If someone approaches the user and gets hit by one of those lightning orbs, they would receive C-Rank shocking damage while being placed off balance due to being hit and also being slightly shocked the moment they're in contact with said orb. Once an orb lands on a target, it disappears. While opponent is within the medium range radius, the user can direct those 4 orbs at the target from whichever direction they wish by a simple waving motion from their hand or weapon they are holding. When doing so, the orbs can either attack simultaneously or in quick succession. The orbs are self-sustaining so the user is free to use any other techniques when these orbs are active. If the user wants, he can also make the orbs merge together in different circumstances. For example, he can make the orbs merge into one gigantic A ranked orb which glows at a very bright light. This orb can be launched at the enemy at fast speeds. It can cause massive shockings and paralyze and as well as restrict a target's movements for the rest of the turn and the next. This jutsu can be cancelled at will by the user.

Not being a doujutsu user he isnt able to see what chakra is within the ground but with a small tremor starting in his immediate vicinity he could assume that there is going to be an earth jutsu of some sort. In response to that, Kotaro molds lightning chakra and releases it in an omnidirectional fashion thru the air and the ground short range from his body and the tremor would cease.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

With the earth technique almost certainly neutralized, Kotaro molds a large amount of wind chakra while weaving the rat handseal before extending both hands in opposite sides releasing raging air currents that quickly spread throughout the battlefield while at the same time picking up dirt and debris creating a dust storm. The winds would quickly disperse any lighting techniques that the opponent could possibly use.

during the formation of the dust storm, Kotaro weaves the boar handseal while infusing his body with swift chakra. As kotaro does this, with extreme speed, he slashes the opponent while he dashes past them repeatedly from multiple angles before he could possibly perform any handseals.

Seeing the wind storm gathering up dust, however Feitan could still sense his opponents thanks to his rings on his fingers. It looked like the wind wasn't affecting the lighting orbs either. So, as to put up a defensive stance, Feitan directed these four orbs in his most important body angles, in the right, in the left, above and the last one slightly above his crotch. Not knowing what would happen next, but the dark user made sure the enemy would get himself hurt if he came crashing into him.

One ring's gem has a dark/red pigment, whereas the other one has a light blue/light yellow shade. The gems are surrounded by two dragons facing the opposite of each other. It is said that they originate from an isolated region of the ninja world. The person who has created them remains a mystery, but legend says that he died upon finishing creating those. In the last moments of his life, he gifts them to his two twin sons. The sons, however, became corrupted with power and started using them for bad deeds. Eventually, they would confront each other and have a death-match. At the end of the fight, both brothers fell lifeless, however, the rings respectively on their fingers remained shiny. The twins' corpses started to rot, but nature had no effect on such rings. People would also not near the rings because they believed they would cast a curse upon you. That said, the rings have remained untouched for ages. During his travels, Feitan got to find about these rings. Without worrying about anything, he would take a hold of the two rings. Studying them, he realized that these could be used to amplify his main ability; Dark Release. With that in mind, he began working on these rings and would put them on.

The main thing Feitan noticed about these two rings, is that both rings were always ready to give the user extra chakra when needed. Making use of this feature, Feitan manipulated these rings to amplify his Dark Release techniques. The dark/red ring, he would name it the "Absorption" ring, and the light blue/yellow one, he would name it the "Release" ring. The rings also have the ability to sense any kind of chakra or energy, both techniques and beings alike (people, summons, clones, etc). The mechanism of this lies within the rings constantly releasing dark chakra waves omnidirectionally, similar to Revival Fist technique. However, unlike the actual technique, these shock waves are harmless. These shockwaves are invisible and act like detectors and sonars, but will take 5 chakra points every turn from the user. Though, this is only a small part of what the rings are capable of. The main abilities of them are divided into two parts, "Absorption" and "Release".

"Absorption" ring
This is the dark/red ring. This ring will grant him the ability to enforce absorption-related techniques. The most common example will be the Inhaling Maw technique. Whenever it is used, the ring will glow in its respective colors and assist in increasing its rank by one, thus allowing the user to absorb stronger techniques. These will include S-rank Wind/Lightning/Fire techniques, F-rank raw chakra and B-rank water. It has no effect on earth techniques. As Saito dashed at extreme speeds towards the opponent with a slash of his sword. Unfortunately his wind technique didnt take the affect as he thought causing his sword to cause a brief explosion that pushes himself back and takes the damage. Kotaro ceases the wind technique to prevent from wasting chakra. Instead Kotaro gripped with his right hand and blew wind onto his kodachi placed behind his hip before swinging at another lightning orb leading into a mid left spinning back kick. With the strength generated from the rotational momentum, and the extention of the leg from his hip and knee, there would be more than enough blunt force to cause the opponent to soar a few meters back before crashing to the ground.

immediately after the kick, Kotaro pushes of the ground with his right leg to leap above the opponent. As he descend upon the opponent, he molds wind chakra and focus it to his left leg before perform a high left heel drop upon the opponent on the ground smashing upon the opponent's sternum. With the colmination of the g-force, the cutting properties of the wind chakra, the bringing down of the heel there would be more then enough strength to smash the rib cage of the opponent and most likely to rupture a lung.

Before Kotaro could enter a possibly dangerous range and potentially hitting Feitan, the latter had already slammed his hands on the ground and raised a pretty small platform of earth, specifically 2x2 meters and 10m high. This way he'd avoid any CQC attack that would have been done on him.

The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

Feitan then takes a hold of his sword and rains down upon wherever Kotaro is, and slashes him with his lethal kenjutsu technique.

with the pillar of earth Kotaro had no choice but to pause his advancement. As he does this he noticed his shadow begin to expand below him. In response Kotaro quickly molded wind chakra and released a streams of wind from the soles of his feet while pushing off the ground allowing him to back step farther than normal to successfully avoid whatever was falling upon him whether it be a person or a jutsu.
When Kotaro notices what was falling was his opponent, moments before his opponent landed, he threw 3 kunai at the time that fan out evenly with bomb tags that would impale the earth pillar that the opponent previously created so at the moment that the opponent landed they would go explode behind the opponent not only causing serious damage but also pushing him towards Kotaro.

As the opponent is pushed towards Kotaro, kotaro quickly molds wind chakra and focuses it to his right hand and with the swing of that hand he releases a scythe of wind which creates multiple blades of wind that deals serious slashes his body, cutting major arteries which causes him to bleed to death.

Weirdly enough, these weren't aimed at him directly, but rather the wall behind him. Seeing through the plan, Feitan materializes a wind hand and deflects the projectiles off route, only for them to explode elsewhere away from both the ninjas.

Description: This technique is somewhat of an enhanced version of the Beast Tearing Palm. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Directly afterward, Feitan simply waves his palm forward and effortlessly absorbs the chakra of the wind blades. This absorbed chakra will then be used for later dark release fuels.

(Meiton: Kyūketsukō) - Dark Release: Inhaling Maw

It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects.

Directly afterward, Feitan simply waves his palm forward and effortlessly absorbs the chakra of the wind blades. This absorbed chakra will then be used for later dark release fuels.

As feitan waves his palm as the wind technique Kotaro once again release streams of wind from the soles of his feet while pushing forward to quickly dash towards Feitan while staying behind the technique so as Feitan would defend against it with his dark release technique Kotaro would be position before feitan.

The rings picked up the movements of Kotaro which was marching forward at fast speeds, however, his vision would be greatly obscured because of the wind blades. Dark release is relatively quick, so for that reason the wind would be absorbed rather fast. So, All Feitan had to do is now coat his palm with a chidori and extend its length up to 10 meters, which pierced through the incoming opponent with ease. It served as a surprise attack, and the momentum of Kotaro was drastically stopped. Feitan had purposely missed the vital points so he could make Kotaru suffer.

As Feitan Extended his Chidori Eiso Kotaro infused his left leg with swift chakra before pushing off at an angle to Feitan's right side to swiftly avoid the chidori eiso and at the same time us his kodachi behind his hip to release a high lateral slash to Feitan's neck all in one fluid movement, stopping at the last possible moment to spare his life. Kotaro stands perfectly still with his kodachi still pressed against Feitan's neck before he speaks to him.

In reaction to the enemy appearing in his right, Feitan simply makes his earth chakra cover his entire body, as his skin gets dark in colour. Thus, such attempt to cut him with a sword would completely have no effect on how solid Feitan's physical was right now.

Feitan knew that it would be meaningless to continue with his plan once he felt lightning chakra flow through the sword. The lightning chakra nullified the earth chakra just fine and also stunned Feitan a little, restricting his movements, but only this aspect. The last action Kotaro would do was the low right kick, because the massive holes created all torso his body would not let him do any other movement. Slightly before Feitan was forced to his knees, he'd created a fair amount of sharp earth spikes from Kotaro's back, whose full concentration to slash through Feitan would not let him notice the spikes form from behind. The spikes skewer through his spinal cord and torso and his neck before he falls to the ground and let's go of his sword, crumbling to his death.
