The SO6P's Relation To The Hyuga Clan
The Senju and The Uchiha are the Sage's descendentants.... There has been much speculation on the origins of the Sage himself.... Most of us including me would go for the theory that the Sage was an Uzumaki himself....
But there is a Fourth Clan too apart from Uzumaki,Senju and Uchiha which is related to The SO6P....
I believe Kishi sama has been giving us subtle hints about this relation between The SO6P and The Hyuga Clan....
The Hyuga Clan has always been hell bent on protecting and keeping secrets of the Byakugan.... You may think what's that got to do with the SO6P..??
Well I'm going to share some subtle hints I believe Kishi sama has been giving us in this regard....
Hyūga Main Family's Juinjutsu
This seal is branded on all branch house members in the Hyūga clan by members of the main house. The main purpose is to seal the Byakugan at death, so that its secrets never fall into the hands of the enemy. When the Hyūga dies, the seal disappears, sealing away the Byakugan with it.This seal was very useful to protect The Byakugan's secrets during The Hyuga Affair....

The Hyuga Clan Affair
The Head Ninja of Hidden Cloud who was in Konoha to sign the treaty attempted to kidnap a 3 year old Hinata in order to obtain the Byakugan and its secrets. The shinobi was killed in his attempt by Hinata's father, Hiashi Hyūga. Thinking why I highlighted Hidden Cloud..?? I'll come to it soon....
The Hidden Cloud denied all accusations of the kidnapping, and demanded the body of Hiashi as compensation for the death of their Head Ninja. Hizashi Hyūga decided to go in his brother's place as they were twins and The Hidden Cloud would not be able to tell the difference. The advantage being the cursed seal would seal his Byakugan upon his death, safeguarding its secrets.
This is where we get the first link between The Hyuga Clan and SO6P....

The Hidden Cloud Village that has a knack of collecting Powerful objects related to the SO6P and their Leader tries to Kidnap a 3 year old girl with a Byakugan to find out the secrets of Byakugan....
I believe that the Byakugan has some secret related to the SO6P.... Or else why would A Leader from The Hidden Cloud risk everything to get his hands on the secrets of Byakugan....
Also even though we do not know about the origin of the Byakugan to establish its relationship with The SO6P.... We know one thing about it.... It's relation to Sharingan....

According to Kakashi's statement the Sharingan was somehow derived from the Hyūga clan's Byakugan and

Now I know what you will say.... Kakashi said according to rumors Sharingan is derived from Byakugan.... And I have no manga proof.... I agree but if that wasn't the case then Kishi sama would never have made Kakashi say such a statement....
So if we go by what Kakashi said.... which will be later revealed to be true.... and Sharingan is really derived from Byakugan then.... The SO6P and The Hyuga Clan are related....

Naruto's Words
During Naruto vs. Neji in Chunin Exams after Neji spoke about his cursed destiny as a Seal Branded branch family member of the Hyuga.... Naruto said when he becomes The Hokage he will change The Hyuga....
I believe that Naruto's words about changing The Hyuga Clan are symbolic.... Cause I think The SO6P before his death passed down some secret to The Hyuga to guard.... They were the only Clan with Doujutsu then.... The secret lies in their Byakugan and that's why The Hyuga Clan came up with the concept of Main Family and Branch Family to guard that secret in a better manner....
Now when Naruto takes over as the successor of The SO6P.... The secret will be revealed and thus there will no longer be any need for The Hyuga to protect that secret....
The Hyuga Clan will be free from the burden of dividing itself into Main and Branch Family because of Naruto....

My Conclusion
I think The SO6P had Hyuga blood in him....
