2 things I'd like clarifying:-
1)Aburame's Technique are Secret Techniques. They are produced & nurtured in a house shut off to foreign interference i.e; thier clan. Humans possibly won't know ins & out of thier weird wholesome technique.
2) An overlooked pattern of events. Sakura, she was not incorrect. Compare the panel prior posted to post-panel.
Jikukan ie; space/time Ninjutsu directly compare to basic Genin tier techniques ie, Shunshin. Teleportation Technique in the Caucasian Man's terms. Shino corrects her unknowing of the kind of intellect backed observation her brain conducted in 3 minutes. Her vast arsenal of wisdom knew Jikukan was the key. Expressing the train of thought is the issue, abruptly interrupted by Shino who is visually a victim of ignorance (on panel).

He never understood the reasoning behind "Teleportation". It's an interchangeable entity between Shunshin & space/time. Dude misunderstood Jikukan for the "obvious" (commonly known) Shunshin. Judge the lack of expressive surprise. Immediately knowing it has an S/T element to it the analysis quickly bend toward throwings parts of the human physique out into the unknown realm (Kamui mechanism). This exude an air of pre-knowledge to prior calculations (typewrited by her).

What are you talking about exactly? Hashirama and Tobirama don't make their first shippuden appearances for like 300 chapters after that scan. She thought it was Teleportation at first. The fact she says "No way" to Yamato's interpretation clearly shows ST Ninjutsu wasn't on her mind prior.
