I highly doubt Naruto will be Hokage, I think its going to be Sannin all over again. Sakura as hokage and Naruto and Sasuke running around acting like they did before/during the Chunin exams.

Shikamaru and Kakashi could be his body guards/advisors because their smarter with that stuff. Shikamaru needs to be able to defend the village and can't match Kakashi or Naruto in strength and Kakashi would die of exhaustion if another Pain like attack were to happen and their was no Naruto to hand out free chakra.

Like he said, naruto as hokage, shikamaru/kakashi as his body guards/advisers, also you can include sakura to the team because she would smack him anytime he does something goofy

Another theory is a Neo-Sannin council, ThreeKage. Also, Naruto as main kage and the entire class of 2001 as his council.

Something may happen after the war that leads all the nations to STAY united and there is no need for shinobi to fight anymore, no need for any kage.
