hey i was just wondering when tobi said he has three of the six paths does that mean having the rinnegan is only one of the six paths?

I think he means the SO6P, Nagato, and now he has the Rinnegan.

Or if we believe him, then he had it, gave it to Nagato, then took it back.

I think he means the number of User that posses near DNA and come close to the power of the Sage. Meaning the Users of Rinnegan such as the Sage himself, Tobi, Nagato, and Madara. The Sage's sons could be included, but it is still unknown.

I think he needs some Items that makes him like the original Sage of six paths.
After all Original Sage was a lot more powerful, He was 10 tails Jinchuriki, He had both Ocular power and perfect body.. And there were Items that he used(eg. Those sealing pots and other treasure as the Cloud Ninja's told)...
But to be honest, i had forgotten all about this. Time to renew memory..

in the manga after tobi got the rinnegan back from nagato he got himself a new mask and said i now have three of the six paths does that mean the rinnegan is not the six paths and only one of the six paths? And if it is only one what are the other five?

im sowi to the ppl that do not understand i can't make it any simple bt i can say that nagato used the six paths of pain those six paths are 1) Deva Path: Manipulate gravity, attract/
repel objects
2) Animal Path: Summoning of various
animals
3) Preta Path: "energy absorbtion" capable
of absorbing any ninjutsu-related tech., therefore nullifying it
4) Human Path: Mind reading, taijutsu,
also capable of removing the soul entirely
5) Asura Path: Shape shifting/shape
manipulation
6) Naraka Path: Can summon "the king of hell" which fullfill two purposes:
interrogation and resurrection. So Rikudou Sennin (Six Realms Sage) had six different paths the 1)rinnegan 2)E.M.S 3)wood element 4)tailed beasts 5) sage mode 6)and last i do not knw but thats my guess and it makes sence if you think about it that way to cause todi has the rinnegan,sharingan and wood element so i guess i just answerd my own question so what do you think the last one is? (note* this might not be true its just what i think)
