If you mean it as in something described with a single word/term, I'd say their universe.

If it's about small details, I don't know, their footwear? I kind of like those standard ninja sandals (though the open toes aren't very practical).

The powers. I love DBZ almost as much as Naruto, but a lot of the ki blasts were pretty similar. No differing effects, no cool shapes (bar Special Beam Cannon, ****ing beast attack), and everybody's base energy attack were all just yellow lasers. I like the fact that there's elemental attacks with differing shapes, sizes, effects, and uses. You can tear somebody to shreds with a Wind Style: Rasen-Shuriken, torture them endlessly with Tsukuyomi, stab them with Lightning Cutter, create a ton of clones, burn someone with lava, and that's even counting all the weaponry.

Sage Mode Naruto is also the greatest thing ever.
