Someone said that Sasuke could already awaken the Rinnegan because he was feeding on Karin's chakra or blood which has Senju DNA from her Uzumaki Heritage, so he has both Uchiha and Senju DNA inside him this whole time to awaken the Rinnegan that's why Kishi made Sasuke bite an Uzumaki girl
