Background Info.
History: Mikami Uchiha was born of the Konoha’s Uchiha clan. At a young age he's parents died in war and he became fixated on death, when he was a Chunnin his team was sent out on a mission in the land of rice it was here that he murdered his team and left Konoha. He headed to the land of earth to find refuge in the mountains and stumbled upon Iwagakure. he was taken prisoner for several months until he was allowed to move about the village, he joined the military force and Became a known Member of the village. years later he went back to the land of rise to visit the place where he killed his team. he stumbled upon an empty fortress. after looking around he found cages with Ninja still in them, the fortress was the Village hidden in the Sound. he release all the prisoners but they did not want to leave. they decided to remain a village and elected Mikami to become their new Risokage, he now travels between villages but will alway remain loyal to Iwagakure.

Chakra: being taught Doton in Iwagakure and excelling at it, Mikami can use Doton based Jutsu with less handseals than normal.
