[Theory] The SHs are going to arrive at a different conclusion

So I see Oda making Luffy with all this destiny crap ... and now he has the "Voice of All Things" just like Roger did. Because of that, they could read the Poneglyphs.

With that parallelism in mind, this means Luffy can now "read" poneglyphs as well. However, this doesn't mean that Robin is insignificant right this instant. With her calculating mind and her past, I guess that instead of doing what the Roger Pirates did they'll do another thing, like use whatever is on Raftel instead of leaving it to another generation like Roger did.

I agree!! But to know more about this, I think we have to wait till the conclusion of series or if Oda comes with another arc concentrating only on poneglyphs hunt. Name goes something like these - "VOID ARC/ Poneglyph Hunt Arc"!!!!

i don't think there'll be a poneglyph hunt arc, i think it'll be something they encounter as they go from island to island, because if you look at skypiea, it was a chance coincidence, and it was located before the new world. This means that rather than being an arc, it'll be random encounters, or all of the poneglyphs would have to be near each other to create an arc. It wouldn't make sense with one being in skypiea and all the rest in the new world unless they were scattered about.

Skypiea wasn't the only place where there is a poneglyph before the NW. There's also one in Arabasta, there was one in Ohara, and I believe Robin found one while she was a teenager on the run (anime flashback).

But I agree with you that there won't be a poneglyph hunt arc of something like that. It would be more of a Void Century arc or Void Century Mystery arc, where it'd be explained how was the VC kept a secret and, most importantly, why. And the reason for the poneglyphs to exist.

It would be probably centered around (or oriented towards) Robin and her past, just like it happened with Nami and Fishman Island...

I think he can't read them... more like "hear them" in the sense that the Voice of all things allows him to understand what history says to him... it doesn't make much less sense that Zoro hearing the breath of all things in the battle against Mr. One if you ask me...

Then again, I could be wrong, nothing's been stated yet...

I think he can't read them... more like "hear them" in the sense that the Voice of all things allows him to understand what history says to him... it doesn't make much less sense that Zoro hearing the breath of all things in the battle against Mr. One if you ask me...

I agree with you that he is not perceptive enough to understand importance of few things. True that the character of Robin has been etched to do this!!!

i think luffy and the SH will come to the conclusion of destroying The Holy Land Mariejois and the WG itself and at that point i think dragon and luffy will work together
