No. Because Sasuke choice was:
- Protect the village
- Destroy the village

Hashirama stated if Sasuke didn't have a change in heart, victory for this war would mean nothing.

No clue whatever else is talking about.

Edit: Orochimaru said if Sasuke wants to destroy the village, he will and the Edo Tensei Hokage would help them.

Granted, they would probably be fighting Hashirama.
